Soft-Wash

Soft-wash is a technique used to clean homes and other surfaces that may be susceptible to damage from high pressure cleaning. The process involves pre-rinsing the house and all adjacent landscaping to first get everything nice and wet as well as to provide a shielding layer of water to all plants to avoid damage. We then apply a solution that will kill all mold, algae, and any organic growth as well as a detergent to get rid of any physical blemishes such as wasp nest, dead bugs, and stains. After letting the solution dwell and do its job it is then rinsed off with light pressure and diluted to ensure no damage to surrounding foliage.

Surface Cleaning

Stone, Concrete, Driveways, Sidewalks, anything that can withstand high pressure we can clean using high pressure on our commercial grade pressure washers. Pressure washing not only helps maintain the beautiful appearance of your concrete but also protects it from damage that organic material causes as the living organisms breathe and stretch causing stress on your concrete.

We also can provide sealing on driveways which is where we apply a protective coating on your driveway that protects it from absorbing moisture and will bring new life to old concrete.

Wooden Decks and Fences

Wood can be some of the hardest material to clean right, too much pressure and you’ll break fibers and cause furring. Cleaning wood is best left to professionals as the safest way to get back to the beautiful color it once was requires precise knowledge of chemistry in order to not burn and permanently scar the wood.
